Note that certain issues had one or two pages in US Quarto
as well as UK Quarto. Many of these pages (and similar USQ
pages in fanzines b/w FWD) were spare sheets sent over by
US fans during the wartime paper shortage; some of them have
extracts or illustrations from US fanzines of the period. A
